Detail
New Chinatown was a major vision for the largest redevelopment in Liverpool's city centre since Liverpool One. Designed by Blok Architecture and developed by North Point Global the scheme was an exciting and bold vision to regenerate the city's neglected district and create a vibrant hub of retail, office and living space.
I led the creative team at Fabrik Studio on the project to name and brand the project, initially for an extended and successful public consultation and engagement exercise with the local Chinese community and other stakeholders (which included creating a newspaper outlining the scheme as well as publicising across social media) before moving on to create marketing materials, hoardings, brochures and a website to help the sales team market the scheme to potential investors.
