I often bring all my skills together to help brand and market property developments off plan for developers.I named and branded The Merchants Lofts in Liverpool, an historic redevelopment of one of the city's oldest buildings. I wrote and designed a sales brochure and also art directed the interior design and creation of CGI visualisations to an agreed budget.
Finally I created an online sales funnel (again to an agreed ad spend), with data capture to generate leads for the client's sales team to follow up.
